Then night before Thanksgiving, 2024, I received a call from my guests at a Short Term Rental. They said that the home was not heating. It was 58 degrees inside the home. It was also about 9:00 pm. I tried a few things to get the furnace to run, but failed. I sent one text and within minutes, Beau, from SWIFT was there to put a big enough Band-Aid on the furnace to get the guests warm for the next three days. Beau left the home around 11:30pm and was a real trooper. It was determined that the best choice was to replace the furnace and AC units. Beau scheduled me in ASAP and within one day, my furnace problem was solved. I now have a ten year warranty on parts and labor for the furnace and a ten year warranty on the AC unit. In one year, they will come and do a "birthday" inspection to be sure all is going well with my investment. Thanks Swift!
Swift came in and did a 19 point inspection on my furnace and found a problem that was a super easy fix but we would have had big issues if we hadn't have found it. And the price was WAY lower than expected. Super nice guy and he even put shoe covers on while he was in our house!! 5 stars! HIGHLY recommend!
